The Western Pulaski County Water District is located at 2128 W. Hwy 80, across from Barlow Farm Equipment. The new office has a drive thru window for the convenience of our customers. The night drop is located just past the drive thru window for our 'after hours' customers. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m.to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. You may pay your bill at Citizens National Bank with your bill card before the 10th of the month. If you are interested in bank draft, please contact the office. The '2016' Water Quality Report is available for viewing at http://www.krwa.org/2016ccr/westernpulaski.pdf, or you can contact the office for a paper copy.
Effective 9/01/2014: On line payments made AFTER 8:00 a.m. on delinquent day will still be subject to a reconnect fee. Accounts that are not paid in full are subject to being disconnected. NO EXCEPTIONS...
NOTE: If you have a water outage or an emergency after hours, please call our after hours number 606-679-1569. All other calls should me made to the office during office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. We appreciate your cooperation.
****Notice: If your account has been turned off for non-payment, you can not pay the reconnect fee with a debit or credit card. The Western Pulaski Water District is open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. NO reconnect will be performed on the weekend. The new billing cycles will go into effect January 1, 2016. Your due date will change. PLEASE pay attention to the new due date on your bill card. If you live east of the Lake Cumberland Bridge, you will be considered Cycle 1. We will be mailing your new bill by the 5th of each month and will be due on the 15th. If you live west of the Lake Cumberland Bridge, you will be considered cycle 2. Your bill will be mailed no later than the 20th of the month and will be due on the 30th.
